Presentation

For a more integrated and powerful group

PPR is pursuing its strategic transformation into a global group specialising in Apparel and Accessories, organised around a Sport & Lifestyle group and a Luxury group.
The brands are central to this strategy and enjoy broad autonomy – crucial for guaranteeing their identity and their creative expression. While preserving this autonomy, PPR is putting in place a new organisation that will allow its Luxury and Sport & Lifestyle brands to draw even greater advantages from the Group's strength. In this way, PPR is developing its resources and expertise, making them available to the brands and helping accelerate their development. They consist of support and cross-company operational functions, along the lines of the recently set-up E-business Development Department, whose role is to provide a systematic framework for developing inter-brand synergies and coordinate e-business projects. This organisational model empowers all employees with a sense of responsibility and initiative, and optimises value creation for PPR
